Guests have the whole Villa to themselves the outside door downstairs next to the outdoor kitchen can only be accessed by the person we have a credit card on file of the person who is responsible for all the fishing and lobster equipment. If anything is broken or missing from this closet, we will have to be reimbursed for the next guests to enjoy.
We respond to your calls and text within minutes you don't have to wait days and we have local helpers right in Marathon if we can't get there sooner.

We're within walking distance to Sombrero Beach a highly sought-after Beautiful beach in Marathon. Sombrero Beach is also a dog friendly beach so bring “Fido” if you like but keep your pet on a leash, please and pack pick-up bags. There is a puppy shower at the beach for your pet after they enjoy the beach.
Marathon Florida Rentals is world renown for the best fishing, deep-water fishing and flats fishing you name it. We have the Lobster festival every year. Nice restaurants and bars with plenty of activities to do with the kids. Guest enjoys going to the Dolphin entertainment centers, turtle hospital and other types of activities. Most of all people come here to fish and we have provided everything to make your fishing day a great day on the water!
We are walking 1/2 distance to Publix and K-Mart, 1/2 mile to Sombrero Beach. If you want to rent bikes the company is close and will drop the bikes off and later pick them up for you if you don't have a car. It is easy to get around in Marathon in a car.
There are limos to take groups to Key West only an Hour and 5 minutes away. The Marathon airport is 5 minutes away from the house.
We have a 27' Catamaran boat on the boat lift to rent for fishing or boating. So, you could rent it for a day or the whole week let us know. Just ask us when you would like to rent it and we can accommodate you during your stay.
We have a 65 ft. deep water dock for your boats with water and electric for you. Fish cutting table and bait freezer.

The outdoor kitchen was perfect and where we spent most of our time after a full day of fishing. Plenty of parking, ceiling fans throughout and games to keep all entertained. The tiki hit was perfect for our dining needs. Having three refrigerators and a bait freezer made it very convenient as well. Will look to use again for our group

Very Nice, with Lots of Bedroom space...3 kitchens (incl outside), and they were incredibly well equipped (far better than other houses we've rented).....and a tremendous Pool area (Loved the Tiki cover of outside table). The House also had so many fun things for the family (i.e. pool table, cornhole, various games...etc). Canal access worked great for kayaks and boat we rented. Just down street was Sombrero Beach, so a nice easy walk/bike ride. Liz was very responsive. Had just one or two small issues, and she or Bob got right on it. Very Impressed, and had a wonderful and memorable time

October-30 2021Relaxing stay, beautiful property We rented this house for my husband's 40th birthday celebration and it was a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken but Liz and Capt Bob offered the use of the pool at another property as well as a refund of the pool heating cost which was generous. We ended up declining going to the other pool and dipping into the one at the house when it got hot (the hot tub was put to good use though!). There were other minor issues with the house and appliances, all of which were fixed quickly or we were able to work around them quickly. With such a large house with extensive use, they were all things that would be expected and nothing that got in the way of us having an amazing time! The outdoor kitchen and entertainment space were key as we spent most of our time at the house and outside! Some of us did the short, easy walk to the beach and we did a day trip to Key West, but otherwise we happily spent the week at the house. Having the Publix just down the street was beyond convenient and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks Capt. Bob and Liz for making it a 40th birthday trip to remember!

Games, kayaks, pool toys etc. Captain Bob and Liz were really easy to get in touch with. We really had zero issues. The parking for the house was great, especially since we had a large boat. The pool was great, and big! Outdoor area was the best, lots of good quality seating, outdoor TV, etc. The interior of the house was also excellent! High end, great beds, great Tv's in each room, plenty of refrigerator space. The canal is nice and quiet, not too much boat traffic since it was near the end. Very safe and great walking to the beach and through the neigborhoods. The deep water access was very easy to navigate, and during the windy days we were able to still use the boat in the waterways. We will be back! Thanks Liz and Bob!

Before arrival, they called to tell me the house we had reserved had problems with the AC, but they had a second house that was similar(and bigger) just down the street. Turns out the second house was fantastic. Similar in features yet more private and closer to the beach. We also rented their boat for the week, which was great. I highly recommend their properties!

June-17 2023Perfect Keys vacation house We were a large group with 6 adults and 3 teenagers. This house had plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. We spent the majority of our time at the house in the outdoor spaces cooking dinners in the outdoor kitchen and chilling in the pool. We brought our boat down with us so the dock was a huge bonus. Capt Bob and Liz were amazing hosts and companions was great. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a stress free location to stay with a large group of family or friends. We’d definitely love to make a return trip.

We are a weekly rental and we start each week with a Sunday Check-in and Sunday Check-out dates.

Cancellation policy
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read the entire cancellation policy. There is a cancellation policy for the low season and high season. There is no refund during HIGH SEASON or HOLIDAY SEASON. Once your money arrives and is deposited, it is non-refundable.
Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 65 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
The cancellation request must be submitted in writing no later than 65 days before arrival by the Tenant to the Landlord.
LOW SEASON: If cancellation notice is given more than 65 days before arrival, then The Tenant understands that if the Tenant cancels this Lease the Landlord has the right to demand the full payment of rent in accordance with the terms of this lease. In the event that the Landlord does not release the Tenant from the continued obligation to pay rent or the Property is not re-rented at full price, the Landlord may demand that the Tenant continue to remain obligated to pay the rental amount.
HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL WEEKS CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a no cancellation policy for any holiday weeks OR SPECIAL SEASON WEEKS including and not limited to: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, 4TH of July, Mini Lobster Season, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Spring Break Weeks.
Travel Insurance: If you have further concerns, I encourage you to buy travelers insurance, which could refund your money paid in case of emergencies or during hurricane or force majeure. Natural disasters like hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and weather disturbances sometimes referred to as “acts of God”, “and any other events, including emergencies or non emergencies,” to cover other unforeseeable events. Other covered events may include war, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, labor strikes or disruptions, fire, disease or medical epidemics or outbreaks, and curtailment of transportation facilities preventing or delaying attendance of vacation renters.
CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant wishes to cancel this Lease, the Tenant may do so only upon the consent of the Landlord. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing by the Tenant to the Landlord. The Tenant understands that if the Tenant cancels this Lease the Landlord has the right to demand the full payment of rent in accordance with the terms of this lease.
